You can call me Nyx! I'm a virtual creator, designer, artist and writer with a passion for creativity and self-expression.I'm a multiracial individual (Afro-latine with native heritage), currently based in Central America. I speak both english and spanish.I identify as Nonbinary and I use They/She pronouns, I'm also bisexual and a proud member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.I'm also part of the Autistic + ADHD community (AuDHD), and I advocate for inclusivity, disability rights and acceptance, and the creation of welcoming spaces for neurodivergent folks.

I'm a visual designer (UX/UI) with more than 8 years of experience in the field. I'm also an illustrator and a writer with a passion for creating educational and visually appealing content.

My mission is to empower others to be creative, express themselves in exciting ways, and learn how to use software/tech tools to unleash their creativity. I also want to create a community where other people like me (neurodivergent BIPOC) can feel accepted and welcomed.My dream is to work with brands that are ethically conscious, socially responsible, and inclusive. adoptables terms of use ~
Personal Use: You can use it as a Persona or OC for a personal story or project that is NOT monetized.
Digital Commercial Use: You can use it as a VTuber model to create monetized content on social media (Youtube, Twitch). You are NOT allowed to use the design for print/merchandise that is for sale.
Commercial Merchandising: You can use the design for ALL commercial purposes, including printed merchandise for sale.
Credit me as NyxGothica. Feel free to tag me on social media!
Things that can be changed: Skin color, color palette, small accessories. You must clarify any changes you make to the design after buying it.
No refunds or chargebacks allowed.
Payment plans are available, however you must DM me first. If you fail to pay within the agreed timeline (without communicating first), the design will be sold to someone else and you won't get a refund.
You cannot buy any designs if your only intention is to resell them.
You must wait at least 3 months before reselling.
You must let me know if you plan to resell, and if you sell my design, you must let me know who the new owner is immediately.
I do not consent to my artwork or designs being used to feed AI generators or in NFTs of any kind.
Do not use my artwork or character designs to create hateful content (racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, etc.) You will lose ownership immediately and you will NOT be refunded.
If you chargeback after you have obtained the design, you will lose ownership and will be put on a blacklist. You won't be able to buy any products from me in the future.
Character ownership and all pertinent files (without watermark) will only be transferred to you after full payment has been received.
Tracing my adoptable bases is strictly prohibited.
Do not copy/trace/reference my designs.
Do not use my designs without permission.
Do not resell for more than the original price (unless you provide extra artwork).
I reserve the right to revoke ownership of my character designs if you violate my Terms of Use.
